In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within seven days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items returned must be in their original condition and where possible in the original packaging. If an item is deemed faulty or has been damaged during transit please notify me as soon as possible, giving details and photographs if you can, and a replacement will be issued.
Shipping charges for unwanted returns are non-refundable except in cases where the item is found to be faulty or damaged.
Your print will be supplied carefully packaged in acid-free polythene and boarded to keep it safe from damage. I recommend keeping your print inside the packaging until you are ready to frame it.
Once framed it is highly important not to hang your portrait in direct sunlight or in an area of high humidity which may cause premature fading. Archival quality inks can withstand fading for at least 100 years based on lab conditions, however, unforeseen environmental factors may still affect the longevity of your print.
I recommend using a professional framer instead of shop-bought frames. Professional framers will use the best quality materials and acid-free matting/mounting that will not only enhance your portrait in the best way possible but will ensure your portrait is framed properly for maximum protection and longevity.
With these tips, your portrait can last a lifetime and provide many years of joy.
